Royal Family KIDS Camp, Chapter #408 in Maui, is part of a larger network of over 200 camps nationwide and around the world. As a faith-based program of For The Children, our mission is to create life-changing moments for local children in foster care—right here in our Maui community.   

 

Royal Family KIDS Camp (RFK) exist to provide children in foster care, who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment, with unconditional love, hope, and safety. This is achieved through a week-long camp designed to foster resiliency, build self-esteem, and create positive, lasting memories in a therapeutic environment.

 

The camp emphasizes healing relational trauma by treating campers like royalty, offering personalized attention through a 2:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, and using Trust-Based Relational Intervention to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
